Aligned Vinyasa focuses on movement and form, helping yogis deepen thier practice through building heat via Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) and exploring ways to discover your inner strength with backbends, hip and shoulder opens and much more.
Kelly believes yoga can be accessible to anyone - and aims to create a safe, welcoming experience to any class she teaches. Kelly is a certified yoga instructor through the Yoga Teachers Alliance having completed her 200-hour yoga training in Danbury, CT at Yoga Culture.
