Yoga Series with Kelly McGuire

Research has shown that yoga – especially when practiced regularly – can benefit anybody by stretching muscles, tendons, and ligaments, and increasing joint mobility. We will use a combination of postures to increase flexibility and build strength. This mixed level class is for anyone who wants to stretch and move, regardless of prior yoga experience. Feel more relaxed, less stressed, and more aware of your body and surroundings. Please bring a mat and other accessories (blanket, block, strap) if available.

Join us for a one hour class followed by cocktails in Warner loft.

$15 per ticket includes one drink.
